Wall thickness
Thin walls, tiny pins and fragile features can fail during printing or handling.
File Feedback Service UK
Not sure if your 3D file is ready to print? Send it through the quote page and we will flag printability issues, weak walls, support-heavy areas, awkward sizing and changes that could make the print cheaper or more reliable.
Practical print advice before money is wasted on a file that is not ready for production.
Printability matters
File feedback helps catch common 3D printing problems before production starts. We look for the issues that affect print time, material use, strength, support removal and whether the finished part will match what you expect.
Thin walls, tiny pins and fragile features can fail during printing or handling.
Large overhangs and awkward angles can increase price, print time and cleanup marks.
We check whether the model dimensions and units make sense for the print method.
Simple design tweaks can reduce print time, material use and the chance of a failed print.
What we look for
File feedback is useful for new prototypes, functional parts and batch work. If your model is ready, we can quote it. If it needs changes, we will explain the issue in practical terms.
We can review files for FDM printing, resin printing, Large FDM prints and small batch printing.
How file feedback works
You do not need a separate process. Use the quote page and include a note asking for file feedback if you are unsure about the model.
Upload STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, IGES or a zipped project folder through the quote form.
We check printability, scale, geometry, likely supports, weak features and possible cost issues.
You receive a quote where possible, or practical notes on what to change before the part is printed.

Want the file checked?
Attach the file and ask for feedback in the notes. We will quote it if ready, or explain what needs changing.
